### Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in health management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in health data management software and Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills and experience with health metrics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders; strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CHC, FACHE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
