  • • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Renewals & Cancellation

  • • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • • Access continues until the end of the billing period

5 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BuamsHR and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuamsHR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
