### Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Kot Samaba. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. ### Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Provide product information and support to customers, assisting them with their requests and inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to management.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and stay updated on product knowledge.

### Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; empathetic and patient demeanor; ability to work well under pressure.

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Certifications: Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with troubleshooting technical issues; familiarity with customer support tools and platforms; multilingual capabilities.
