### Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team in Kot Samaba. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, skilled, and aligned with our organizational goals. ### Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by defining job roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management, addressing concerns and mediating conflicts to promote a collaborative workplace.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that encourage employee development and align individual contributions with company goals.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws, including labor regulations.
  • Data Management: Maintain HR metrics and analyze data to inform management decisions and improve HR processes.

### Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with labor law and compliance.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability

### Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are highly desirable.
