### Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by defining job roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management, addressing concerns and mediating conflicts to promote a collaborative workplace.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that encourage employee development and align individual contributions with company goals.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws, including labor regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain HR metrics and analyze data to inform management decisions and improve HR processes.
### Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with labor law and compliance.
