IT MANAGER

The IT Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s technology systems. This role ensures smooth IT operations, oversees infrastructure, manages security, and supports all technical needs of the company.

Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and hardware.

Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support to all departments.

Implement security protocols, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection policies.

Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and integrations.

Coordinate with vendors for software, hardware, and technical services.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.

Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices.

Prepare IT reports, budgets, and cost optimization plans.

Supervise and guide the IT team.
