Implement security protocols, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection policies.
Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and integrations.
Coordinate with vendors for software, hardware, and technical services.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices.
Prepare IT reports, budgets, and cost optimization plans.
Supervise and guide the IT team.
