Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff and meeting rooms.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and facilitate the setup of conference rooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting the professionalism of the organization.
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Certifications: Certification in Customer Service or Front Office Management is a plus.
